Meeting times are 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. Cancellation notice is required by 12:00 noon the Wednesday before the scheduled date. The information and comments provided by staff at this meeting are not considered as binding in any form. Meeting comments and minutes are based on conceptual and/or preliminary drawings and project information. Once the project plans are submitted for permit review, all current City ordinance and codes requirements, as well as fees, apply.
